Privacy Policy

Opsenza is provided by Muhammad Bilal.
This policy explains what personal data Opsenza collects, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash) and 2-step sign-in settings.
- Business data you enter: companies, customers, vendors, invoices, employees and other records. You control this data; we process it on your behalf.
- Security and usage records: sign-in times, IP address and device type, used to protect your account and show you where you're signed in.
- Billing: card payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller. We receive your subscription status and plan, never your card details. If you pay by bank transfer, we see the payer's name, amount and reference on our bank statement.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, send the emails you ask it to send (such as invoices and reminders), send account emails (such as password resets and billing notices), and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal data and we don't use your business data for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Service: Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Paddle (card payments) and, only if you use the AI features, Anthropic (AI processing). Each processes data only to provide their part of the Service.
Keeping data
We keep your data while your account is active, and for up to 90 days after it ends so you can export it, unless the law requires longer. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Your rights
You can access, correct and export your data in the app. To delete your account or ask a privacy question, contact us. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, 2-step sign-in is available, access is controlled by roles, and actions are recorded in an audit log.
