Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Opsenza is provided by Muhammad Bilal ("we", "us").

These terms apply when you use Opsenza, the online accounting and ERP service, including the website, the web app and the Windows and Android apps ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password and 2-step sign-in codes safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you add to your companies. The person who creates a company is its account owner.

2. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We store and process it only to provide the Service. You can export it at any time. If your subscription ends, your data stays available read-only for at least 90 days so you can export it. After that we may delete it.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, after any free trial. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our card orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders. Prices are shown before you buy and may exclude taxes, which Paddle adds where required.

Customers in Pakistan can instead pay us directly in Pakistani rupees by bank transfer. Those plans run for the month or year paid for and don't renew by themselves.

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. If a payment fails, we may limit the account to read-only until it's resolved.

4. Refunds

If you're not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal. The full Refund Policy explains how to ask.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Tax and accounting responsibility

Opsenza provides tools, not professional advice. Tax rates, returns, payroll files and e-invoicing submissions are produced from the data and settings you provide. You're responsible for checking them against current law and with your adviser before filing or paying.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups (the app lets you download one at any time).

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or penalties.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll tell account owners about important changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
